We answer calls on weekdays, 7.30am to 8pm, while the centre is open. WhatsApp us any time: outside those hours, we'll reply the next day we're open.

Getting here
By MRT
Labrador Park station, on the Circle Line (CC27). Take Exit A, the only exit. Come up to street level and walk towards ARC. We're in the Fragrance Empire Building beside it, straight in from street level. If you get to ARC, you've gone far enough: turn and look at the building next to it. The walk takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
By car
Set your map or your driver to 456 Alexandra Road, Singapore 119962. That postcode belongs to the Fragrance Empire Building, so a map brings you straight to us. The building has its own multi-storey car park. Parking is paid, at about $2 an hour on weekdays. Tell us you're driving when you arrange your visit and we'll tell you which entrance to use.
By bus
Alexandra Retail Ctr (stop 15041), on the ARC side of the road, or the stop opposite (15049). Buses 51, 57, 61, 93, 97, 100, 120, 166, 175 and 963 stop at both.

We moved from HarbourFront in July 2026
At the end of July 2026 we moved from HarbourFront Centre to the Fragrance Empire Building, beside ARC. Same programmes, same Head of Early Years, same way of working. If an old listing still shows our HarbourFront address or an old phone number, the details on this page are the current ones.
