We hire teachers and educators for Playschool, Preschool and Student Care at our centre on Alexandra Road, beside ARC.

What teaching here is like
Every adult here starts from one question: what does this child need next? Every teacher follows the same principles in their own way, so a different adult in the same room still does the same thing when a child gets stuck. New teachers complete the Agora Training Plan before they run a room.
Observe closely. Document carefully. Adjust intentionally.
That’s the practice we train. You’ll keep training in it here.
Everything on one floor.
Playschool, Preschool and Student Care share the building, with enrichment classes down the corridor.
We compare each child only with themselves.
We record a child’s progress against what they could do last term. That’s the only comparison we make.
What we look for.
A child who keeps working after the adult has walked away.

Preschool and student care jobs
Playschool educators
You lead sessions for babies and toddlers up to 3, some with their grown-ups beside them and some as drop-off.
Preschool educators
From the Playgroup class to K2: Read Write Inc phonics, Singapore Maths, daily Mandarin and a learning plan for every child, reviewed every six weeks.
Student Care educators
Afternoons with children from all six primary years. You keep the afternoon on track while the children run their own homework.
