Privacy notice
Last updated 26 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data Agora Colearning collects through this website and our enquiries, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. Who we are
Agora Colearning is run by Agora Co-Learning Spaces Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202028118K), Fragrance Empire Building, 456 Alexandra Road, #01-03, Singapore 119962. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean that company.
2. What this notice covers
It covers personal data we collect through this website, our enquiry forms, and the calls, WhatsApp messages and emails that follow an enquiry or a discovery visit. It also covers details about your child that we keep once your child is enrolled, such as name, birthdate and school, and photos and videos taken at the centre.
3. The personal data we collect
When you fill in a form or message us
- your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address
- your child’s age or level, and the programme you’re interested in
- your child’s school, if you ask about Student Care pickup or the transport cost
- the subjects and times you’re interested in, if you ask about tuition or enrichment classes
- anything else you choose to tell us in a message
We don’t ask for NRIC numbers, dates of birth or home addresses on this website.
When you use this website
- the pages you visit, the page you came from and the form you used
- your device and browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP address
- the campaign details in the link you clicked, such as UTM tags and the click identifiers that Google and Meta add to their ads
- cookies (see section 7)
4. How we use it
- to arrange your discovery visit and answer your questions
- to send you the fees, a class shortlist or anything else you asked for
- to follow up on your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email
- to see which pages and advertisements lead to enquiries
- to keep this website working and secure
We use your data for these purposes only. If we want to use it for something new, we’ll tell you first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
5. Advertising and measurement
We advertise on Google and on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When you submit a form, we may send your email address, phone number and the ad click identifier to these platforms, so they can tell us which advertisement led to your enquiry. That is what “to measure our advertising” means in the line under each form. You can limit personalised advertising in your Google and Meta account settings.
We’ll only send you newsletters or programme news if you’ve agreed to receive them, and you can tell us to stop at any time. We won’t send marketing messages to a Singapore number on the Do Not Call Registry unless you’ve given us clear consent.
6. Who we share it with
- Companies that run our systems for us, under contract: our enquiry and customer records system (HubSpot), website hosting (Webflow), website analytics and tag management (Google), and messaging (WhatsApp).
- Google and Meta, for advertising measurement, as described in section 5.
- Class providers, for tuition and enrichment: when you sign your child up for a class, we share the details the provider needs to run it.
- Public authorities, where the law requires it.
We don’t sell personal data. Some of these companies store data outside Singapore; when they do, we require them to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use them to:
- make forms and security features work
- count visits and see which pages people use (Google Analytics)
- see which advertisements lead to visits and enquiries (Google and Meta)
- link a form you submit to your visit, so we can reply in context (HubSpot)
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit some forms, security features and measurement.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them for the purposes in section 4, or as long as the law requires. After you stop using our services, we may keep your details for up to 2 years, to answer questions or complaints and to keep the records the law requires.
9. How we protect it
Only the staff who need your details to reply to you can see them. Our forms and website use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and our systems sit behind access controls. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we’ll tell you and the Personal Data Protection Commission, as the law requires.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you, and how we’ve used it in the past year
- correct anything that’s wrong
- stop using your data, by withdrawing your consent
Email our Data Protection Officer (section 13). We’ll reply within 30 days, or tell you by then when we can. If you withdraw consent, we’ll explain what that means for anything we’re arranging for you, such as a visit.
11. Children
This website is for parents and carers. We ask for a child’s age, not their name, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data directly from children through this website.
12. Photos on this website
If you see a photo of your child on this website and want it taken down, email us and we’ll remove it.
13. Contact our Data Protection Officer

14. Changes to this notice
We’ll update this notice when the way we handle personal data changes, and change the date at the top.
